Owners very helpful. Plenty of milk fo tea making in room! Location - very quiet and just opposite the Royal Queensland yacht Squadron. Free parking. Easy walk into Manly along the harbour front, plenty of eating places/cafes, supermarket etc. Market on Sunday morning. Overall, very good, would stay there again and would recommend if you need to stay in this area.

Great bed in the studio, plus a small kitchen, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a lounge. Beautiful location and very hospitable staff members who were most helpful and made you feel special excellent customer service. Lovely restaurant for breakfast.

The room was well-appointed and good-sized with a lounge, kettle, and iron. It boasted exceptional views over the marina. the location was great and beautiful, near the Wynnum area. Overall, it was a comfortable place for traveling to Brisbane. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Brisbane.

Proximity to playgrounds, shopping, dining. Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms. Good facilities for BBQ outside & lap pool area. Gated Marina area great for security & privacy. The usage of the lift to the higher level was much appreciated especially with small children & much luggage. Balcony area safe & welcoming.
No exhaust fan in bathroom. Heavy room doors tended to slam noisily - early or late guests audible.
